211 Resource Navigators are available free of charge by phone, text and chat 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year. Resource navigators assess the needs of each person and offer connections confidential crisis and emergency counseling, disaster assistance, food, health care and insurance assistance, stable housing and utilities payment assistance, employment services, veteran services and childcare and family services.
